2. Service Description

FloorPlanWorld provides an online platform for creating, editing, previewing, and sharing 2D and 3D floor plans. The Service includes a 2D editor, 3D preview with first-person navigation, furniture library, and export capabilities (JSON, PNG, JPG, PDF).

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any floor plans, designs, or content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant FloorPlanWorld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing or publishing it.

5. Public Floor Plans

When you mark a floor plan as public, it becomes visible in our "Recent Floor Plans" gallery on the landing page. Public floor plans may be viewed by any visitor. You may change the visibility setting of your floor plans at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and software, is owned by FloorPlanWorld and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Free Service

FloorPlanWorld is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future, with reasonable notice to users.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
